Dar Bouchaib offers free shipping on all rug orders. We will package and ship your order within two to four business days. Please note that some items can't be imported and are only available for pick up in Marrakech, Morocco.

International Shipping:
Great news! International shipping for rugs and carpets is free of charge, regardless of the size and weight of the items in your cart. We will package and ship your order within 10 business days. Please note that any additional fees, taxes, duties, etc., will still be paid by the customer upon delivery to your country.

In-Store Pick-Up:
Online purchases can also be picked up at our Marrakech store. Please ensure the item is available at your location as inventory varies between locations.

Custom and Rush Orders:
Please contact us for any custom or rush orders. The estimated delivery time for custom rugs is approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

Please note that all product images are taken in natural light and without filters. However, please keep in mind that the colors of our carpets may vary slightly depending on the lighting and space in which they are viewed.
